To make a payment, you must have an active iTunes account linked to a current credit card or payment service for Apple devices, or a Google Play account linked to a current credit card or payment service for Android devices. The Secure+ Plan will automatically renew, and Swann reserves the right to terminate your Secure+ Plan if they are unable to process their fees via iTunes or Google Play. Payment options are available on a monthly or annual basis, with a discount offered for annual payments. The prices include tax as per the way Swann normally treats pricing in your market. If Swann is unable to charge your chosen payment method, it does not waive their right to seek payment directly from you.

The Return Policy of Swann Communications on Swann.com is as follows: All new products sold are covered by a 12 Month Warranty. Product returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or assistance is provided to repair or replace the product for the duration of the warranty period under the following conditions: The product is found to be defective/ faulty, the product is not fit for its intended purpose, or the product does not match the specifications/ description on Swann.com. The product must have been used in the country of purchase, and an order reference/ receipt or adequate proof of purchase from Swann.com dated within the 12 month warranty period must be provided. If the returned stock is found DOA (Dead on arrival within 14 days of receiving delivery), any delivery expense incurred will be reimbursed. A restocking fee of $50 may be incurred if the returned product is considered no longer in saleable condition once it’s received. If a shipping fee was charged at the time of purchase, this will be deducted from the refund amount (unless the refund is due to a shipping error). Refunds are granted once the stock is returned to Swann, tested, and approved by Swann’s Warranty/ Returns team.

The Shipping Policy of Swann.com is as follows: Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States. Swann does not currently ship to orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses, or any US Territories. Swann uses UPS to ship most orders, but may use other carriers, as necessary. After processing, orders typically take 3-7 days from receipt to delivery. A $5.99 flat rate shipping is charged for orders up to $49.99. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are shipped the next business day.
